NOTICES RELATED TO COVID-19 RESPONSE & CLOSURES
Deer Country Farm & Lawn is classified as a Life Sustaining business that serves both our agricultural community and our infrastructures’ equipment needs. We are currently focusing our efforts on supporting our community’s Life Sustaining operations. We are open and fully serving these segments of our community as well as all of our customer’s parts and service needs.
We respectfully request that you understand our Residential Equipment Sales Department is currently unavailable on-site due to the Governor’s order and to slow the spread of COVID-19. Please call, email, or contact us online to fill your new and used equipment buying needs for residential use. Again - All of our parts and service departments are open and eager to fill all customer needs.
We ask that you attempt to minimize time spent in the stores so we can limit social gathering size. We are taking precautions at our stores to practice social distancing, sanitization, and hygiene. We ask that you do the same before visiting, and while at, the stores out of respect for our dedicated and hardworking team members and their families. If reasonably possible please utilize telephone, fax, and online order management for your parts, service, and equipment sales needs.

Parts Customer Needs
• Call in or visit us online to limit time spent in the stores and minimize social gathering size
• We have designated pick up areas outside our stores for your parts pick up convenience
• Please respect the boundaries we have around our parts counters when in the store
Service Customer Needs
• Enter through our main store entryway
• Equipment Drop Off - Call us when you arrive and we will meet you outside
• Do not enter our shops without Service Manager approval
Sales Customer Needs
• Call in, email, or visit our website to conduct as much of the transaction off-site as reasonably possible
