What Made Us
Deer Country Farm & Lawn, Inc. was formed in September 2004 when Landis Bros. Inc. and Adamstown Equipment merged to form a new company, Deer Country Farm & Lawn, Inc. Landis Bros. was in business since 1920, and Adamstown Equipment was in business since 1959 as John Deere dealerships serving south-central Pennsylvania customers in the Agricultural, Commercial, and Residential product segments. A year later in September of 2005, Deer Country Farm & Lawn purchased Lehigh Valley Ag to form the dealership locations we continue to serve our communities from to this day.

What Drives Us
When serving and supporting our communities through equipment, parts and service we focus on solutions. Whether it is an equipment need, part to be replaced or a machine to be fixed we strive to match a solution to every problem.
This focus is cemented for our Team through our Mission and Vision Statements. Mission statements are designed as a catalyst for our Company to reach our goals or our vision. Vision statements offer a view into the culture of the Company. It is these statements that are used by all Team Members to reach their goals and objectives while working at our Company.

Vision - “A friend among Customers, family among Team Members, and a leader among Dealers.”
The contribution of each Team Member is crucial and critical in achieving our goal of serving and supporting our Customers. To reflect this value, we do not call our people “Employees” (a cost to be managed), we call them Team Members (an asset to invest in). However, we cannot just say we are a Team; we have to live and practice it every day. The title of Team Member illustrates that we rely on each other to achieve our vision. Teamwork is a key aspect of our mission: Provide our customers and communities with excellent equipment, parts and service solutions. Every person who works at a Deer Country Farm & Lawn location is part of the Company as a whole.

We are a John Deere Dealership; providing Sales, Parts, and Services solutions to customers across multiple segments in our territory. Beyond new John Deere products, we also carry additional lines of products, such as STIHL, Honda, Kuhn, and Salford just to name several. Whether you need a new combine, a used skid loader, a maintenance kit for your lawn mower, or warranty repairs completed, we have a solution for you and your needs.
